| Kieran found papa's globe from work and in the interest of protecting it from the exuberance of little hands, grandma produced this little treasure she came across at a g-sale this past summer. It's a leapfrog interactive globe and Kieran loves it- he calls it "my earth"! |

| Here is pointing out where Koshka "lives"- Mt. Fuji... we told him that Shiba's come from Japan and showed him the location on the globe- now he says "this is where Kosha lives!" |

| Check out those pink cheeks- Fifth disease has been going around KIM school and I think it finally got Kieran... at least he will be immune after this bout. |

| We finally got around to painting Kieran's room so it looks more like a kid's space and less beige... we went with a two-tone sky/grass look with rolling hills. Nana and papa kept Kieran for us so we could get the work done quickly. |

| Rick had the worst job- edging the ceiling- yuck! He did the entire thing with a tiny little paint brush- it was worth it though, looks great! |
